TEEN & Adult Programs
All students who are new to the “aerial world” must first complete a session of aerial fitness combo before branching into an aerial specific class. This aerial combination class conditions and teaches proper techniques that are necessary for all aerial apparatus. (60 minute classes)
Aerial hoop will help students learn how to dance in the air with more ease, flexibility and strength. Our detailed syllabus is methodically created for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. (60 minute classes)
For the brave at heart and those with tenacity. The aerial silks are one of the hardest aerial apparatus to learn but the most rewarding. Students will be taught from the ground up as we offer classes to beginners, intermediates and advanced students. (60 minutes classes)
Beginner hip hop class for those who want to have a great time, get funky and sweat! (60 minutes classes)
Cirque Centre’s Intensive Training Program (ITP) is a multi-disciplinary program designed for semi-professionals and professionals who are looking to join A2D2’s professional roster. ITP students will be exposed to several ground and aerial apparatus as well as partake in technique and conditioning classes.
Includes: Dance Trapeze, Bootcamp Conditioning, Choreography, Ground Creations, Hoop and Silks.
